Payment Method
AccessAlly uses Stripe and/or PayPal as payment gateways. There are no additional transaction fees or hidden costs.
With the built-in AccessAlly payments, customers can log in instantly after they purchase, and also update their card on file. The Stripe integration allows payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, US Bank Account ACH, Giro Pay, EPS, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Affirm, AfterPay ClearPay, and Klarna.
When creating order forms to support Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, giropay, and more, the view of these newly enabled payment methods depends on the settings in your browser. For example, Apple Pay shows in Safari while Google Pay shows in Chrome.
To enable different payment options in Stripe Connect, you can activate the types you would like to use in Stripe under Payment Methods Setup Tab. This includes enabling Credit Cards, Wallets (ApplePay and/or Google Pay), and bank redirects (iDEAL, giropay, EPS, Bancontact).

Accessally Return Policy?
AccessAlly offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This allows customers to try out every feature available for two full weeks. If the solution does not meet the customer's needs, a full refund can be requested within this 14-day period.
For purchases made using AccessAlly’s order forms, refunds can be processed directly inside the membership site. This process pertains only to payments and refunds, and does not update permission tags or subscription statuses. For example, if a subscription has not been canceled or stopped, the refund will not do it.
To refund a purchase, the following steps are followed:
- Open the Order Info.
- Initiate the Refund Process.
- Determine Refund Parameters (Full or Partial).
The refund process is initiated inside the Credit Card Payment section, where a button labeled 'Refund Credit Card Payment' is clicked. After clicking on the button, additional parameters appear, allowing the decision of whether to refund the full amount or a partial amount. Once ready, clicking on the 'Refund Payment' button will automatically process the refund.
